3-3-3 activity
The 3-3-3 activity is a simple way to pause and pay attention to what is around you. It asks you to notice three things you can see, three things you can hear and three things you can touch.
Follow the introduction and work through the interactive activity, one sense at a time. The prompts give children a way to practise noticing their surroundings when feelings get big or they need a moment to slow down.
Try it together with a family member, carer or educator, then talk about what you noticed. You can also use the same three prompts away from the screen in a familiar setting.
